How Free are You to be a Woman?

tulip

“For most of my life I had no idea what it meant to be a woman. I embraced masculine qualities in an effort to fit into the existing models of power & success. By being in meaningful connection with other women, I’ve learned to love everything about being a woman. This held the key to living a full and purposeful life.”

To be ourselves fully… we must heal
To heal… we must feel safe
To feel safe… we must feel supported

The Woman’s Network is a platform, a resource, and a community for women’s wisdom and healing. All of the offerings on TWN are tools that Lois has used on her healing journey to release patriarchal conditioning and self destructive patterns. When we come together in sisterhood, we can reclaim our self worth, our feminine bodies, our voices, and our lineage.

Take the First Step

Give yourself permission to pause with Airin, our mindfulness app, and free yourself from the worry and anxiety.

With all the expectations on us as women, we often lose touch with our true selves.  Many of us are driven by the ‘should’s and expectations that prevent us from really knowing who we are and what it means to be a woman. We get so busy living other people’s lives that we often forget to live our own. And while we work hard to get everything done, we often forget this simple truth: that all we truly have is right now.

“Taking the time to become mindful of who I am as a woman has given me clarity.

The clearer I am with my thoughts and needs has allowed me to be clearer with my family, friends and strangers. I am not as reactive.  I accept myself and my emotions without judgement. I’m able to observe them. I feel more confident and I live with less fear. Society and instinct have made women primary care-takers, however, we cannot constructively and in a healthy manner take care of others if we need healing.  I highly encourage women to come together and support one another.  It is a beautiful healing process.”

Do you long for heartfelt connection with like-minded women? Our Nurture Circles are a free online healing space for you to feel safe & supported.

Much has happened to women over the centuries that has bred a culture of fear and separation. Many of us feel alone – disconnected from our authentic power – unable to use our voices for fear of being rejected from the tribe.
Our Nurture Circles are an invitation to let the walls around your heart come down… to be seen and heard without judgement… to share your gifts… and remember how to trust yourself and other women alike.

There is a rising tide of women waking up and taking a stand against the patriarchy… not because we have something to prove or a fight to win, but because we have something to give ourselves and future generations of women. There is nothing we have to do to make this paradigm shift happen, we simply have to give ourselves permission to be who we truly are.

“Through my experience with TWN, I discovered true understanding of courage, compassion, and connection.

This was an incredibly valuable resource to help me connect to the genuine source of “who” I am. Through this process I was inspired to embrace and lovingly understand that at any given moment we as women are enough. This is our conscious choice. If we so choose, we are all free and able to connect, and nurture all women, men and children who cross our paths with genuine loving care and support.
